Increased Energy

Yoga increases your energy level and productivity. Yoga can replenish the mind and body with precious energy needed to respond to daily tasks and challenges.
Resistence to Disease

Yoga improves your resistance to disease. The postures and movements in yoga massage the internal organs, enhancing blood circulation and functionality, reducing the risk of illness.
Improved Appearance

A regular yoga practice can help you to achieve a desired weight, as well as to develop good muscle tone, making you not only feel younger, but look younger.  As we age we lose elasticity in our spine which leads to poor posture.  Yoga can reverse this trend and improve your posture while helping to prevent back injury.
Greater Flexibility

Greater flexibility derived from practicing yoga will reduce your risk of injury, especially if you are involved in other sports where joint and muscle injuries are prevalent.

COME AND ENJOY OUR PILATES CLASSES, TOO!

Core strength is the foundation of pilates exercise. The core muscles are the deep, internal muscles of the abdomen and back. When they are strong and doing their job, as they are trained to do in pilates, they work with the more superficial muscles of the trunk to support the spine and  all of its movements.  It's a great way to add a variety of beneficial exercise to your yoga practice!
